User-Generated Content (UGC) Disclaimer

1. Responsibility for Content

Stickify Tales allows users to submit their own text, such as stories or prompts ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC"), to be processed by our AI service. You are solely responsible for the UGC you submit. You agree that you will not submit any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing on intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or otherwise injurious to third parties.

2. No Endorsement

We do not endorse any UGC submitted to the Service by any user or other licensor, or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and we expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with UGC. The views expressed by users on the Service do not necessarily represent the views of Stickify Tales.

3. License to Us

By submitting UGC, you grant Stickify Tales a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license allows us to send your text to our AI partners for processing and to display the results back to you. We do not claim ownership of your original text.

4. AI-Generated Output

The output generated by the AI based on your UGC (the "Generated Content") is owned by Stickify Tales, but we grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use, download, and share the Generated Content. You acknowledge that due to the nature of machine learning, the Generated Content may not be unique to you and other users may receive similar or identical content.

5. Monitoring and Removal

We do not undertake to review all UGC before it is sent for processing. However, we reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or refuse to process any UGC for any or no reason in our sole discretion. We may also remove Generated Content if we believe it violates our terms or any applicable laws.
